Is the setup call really included in Team and Plus?
Yes — one concierge setup call is included with every Team and Managed Plus subscription at no extra cost. You can book it any time after signing up.
What if I'm on the Starter plan?
You can add a setup call to any Starter plan for a one-time fee of $99. It covers the same 60-minute screenshare session with full email, calendar, workflow, and API key configuration.
What do I need to prepare before the call?
We'll send you a short checklist 24 hours before. Typically: your API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), access to the email account you want to connect, and a list of the 2–3 workflows you want running first.
Can I book multiple calls?
Managed Plus includes ongoing access to setup sessions for new workflows. Team and Starter include one call per subscription. Additional sessions can be booked at the standard $99 rate.
What if I don't have all my API keys yet?
No problem. We can still configure your gateway, connect your apps, and set up your workflow skeletons. You can drop in the API keys afterwards — we'll send instructions so it's a 2-minute task.
